Customers trust Veip to provide them, and their employees with products that are safe as well as of high quality. All of our products are designed and manufactured to be safe for their intended use.

Safety comes first

Our Code of Business Conduct sets out our dedication to provide products, and services that are safe and innovative based on sound science. We have compulsory policies, and standards in place to ensure that we meet this dedication. Safety and quality are a vital, and integral part of our product development.

Veip’s Quality Assurance department works with internal, and external teams to regulate the safety, as well as environmental sustainability of our products, and the processes used to manufacture them. As part of our Responsible Innovation approach, we engineer safety, and sustainability into our products and manufacturing processes utilizing the best science accessible.

We screen, and review consumer, as well as customer feedback, and act quickly to address potential product quality, or safety issues. In some cases mistakes can be made at our manufacturing sites, or at our suppliers that conceivably impact product safety, or quality. A product may, for instance, have a quality imperfection, or a contamination of the raw materials, or a mislabelling of ingredients. If this happens, protecting consumers’ safety is our number one priority, and when it is necessary, we will recall such products from the marketplace.

We monitor the number of product incidents we have globally. Veip classifies them into those that could conceivably impact consumers’ safety (A class), and incidents that could potentially seriously affect product quality (B class). Wherever, and whenever these inadequacies occur we investigate them fully, distinguish the root cause, and capture them within a ‘case study’ report which is then deployed throughout the supply chain in order to prevent a recurrence.
