We actively monitor customer as well as consumer feedback to identify and address any potential safety or quality concerns as quickly as possible.

While rare, issues can occasionally arise—whether from manufacturing, raw materials, or labeling. In such cases, protecting consumers is our highest priority. When necessary, we act decisively, including removing products from the market.

Learning, Improving, Preventing

We track and analyze product incidents globally to ensure continuous improvement. These are classified into:

• Class A incidents – potential impact on consumer safety
• Class B incidents – potential significant impact on product quality

Every incident is thoroughly investigated to identify root causes. The insights gained are documented and shared across our supply chain to prevent recurrence and strengthen our systems.
